This policy explains how Noblelion Enterprises, trading as Computerville Online (“we”, “us”), collects and uses your personal data when you visit computervilleonline.com or contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, phone or email. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

1. Data we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, delivery address.
• Order details: products, phone model, quantity, payment confirmation.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email or phone.
• Basic website data: pages visited, device type and browser, collected through cookies and analytics tools, including Meta Pixel if enabled.
• Order form data: when you order through the online order form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), delivery address and order details, including the product, phone model and quantity.

1a. Orders placed through the website

We use the details you enter in the online order form to process and deliver your order: to call you and confirm your phone model, delivery fee and address, to arrange delivery, and to handle any return or refund. Order records are stored securely in our order database, and only we can access them.

We send you marketing messages about new arrivals and offers only if you tick the optional marketing box on the order form. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking us. Leaving that box unticked does not affect your order.

2. How we use your data

• To answer your questions and confirm your order.
• To arrange delivery and collect payment.
• To handle returns, refunds and complaints.
• To send you updates about your order.
• To send offers only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking us.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

3. Messaging platforms

When you message us on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, those services are provided by Meta and are also covered by Meta’s own privacy policies. We only message you after you contact us first, or where you have agreed to hear from us.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Delivery partners, to deliver your order (name, phone, address).
• Payment providers and banks, to process payment.
• Service providers that host our website and tools.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for up to 6 years for accounting and legal reasons. We keep chat records only as long as needed to serve you, then delete them.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you messages. Email hello@computervilleonline.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including secure (HTTPS) connections on our website.
