Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase from Noblelion Enterprises, trading as Computerville Online.

Orders. An order is confirmed when we have agreed the product, phone model, price and delivery details with you, and payment is received or pay on delivery is agreed.
Prices. Prices are in Nigerian Naira and shown on our website. Delivery fees are extra and confirmed before you pay.
Product fit. We confirm your exact phone model before dispatch. If you give us the wrong model, see our Returns Policy.
Payment. For delivery within Lagos State, you pay in full on delivery. For delivery outside Lagos State, you pay the delivery fee before dispatch and pay for the item when you receive it. Bank transfers are made to the account name Noblelion Enterprises. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
Delivery. Delivery fees depend on your location and are confirmed before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping, Delivery and Payment page.
Returns and refunds. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Trademarks. Brand names such as OtterBox belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. Computerville Online is an independent retailer and not an official brand store.
Liability. Our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it, except where Nigerian law says otherwise.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
