Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Faulty or wrong item

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery costs.

Change of mind

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery is at your cost. We refund the product price once we receive and check the item.

Manufacturing defects

If a product develops a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it. This does not cover drops, misuse or normal wear.

Not returnable

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging, unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer within 5 business days.
